Cheesy Beef Pockets (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Stuffing

01 - 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
02 - 1 pound ground beef
03 - ½ cup salsa
04 - 8 ounces softened cream cheese
05 - 1 packet of taco seasoning

→ Tortillas

06 - 2 tablespoons of melted butter
07 - 12 tortillas, 6 inches each

# Instructions:

01 - Cook the ground beef until browned, then drain the grease. Stir in the taco seasoning.
02 - Whisk the softened cream cheese until creamy, then stir in the salsa.
03 - Spoon the cream cheese mix and beef into the tortillas. Add the shredded cheese on top and fold into small pockets.
04 - Grease the tops with melted butter and bake at 350°F for about 15 minutes, or until they’re crispy and golden.

01 - Enjoy them hot while they’re crispy.
02 - Great with a side of greens or some roasted veggies.
