Crispy Apple Cake (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 plain yogurt (125g).
02 - 5 apples.
03 - 2 tablespoons of baking powder.
04 - 1 capful of rum.
05 - 70g of flour.
06 - 1 packet of vanilla sugar.
07 - 2 eggs.
08 - 100g of sugar.
09 - 70g of butter.

# Instructions:

01 - Set your oven to 180°C and let it heat up.
02 - Whisk together the eggs, sugar, and vanilla sugar until it looks a little pale.
03 - Gently fold in the yogurt, followed by the flour mixed with baking powder.
04 - Stir in the melted butter, the rum, and a pinch of salt.
05 - Slice the apples thinly and mix them into the batter.
06 - Pour the mixture into a greased and floured baking pan.
07 - Bake for about 35 to 40 minutes, until it's golden and crunchy on top.
08 - Let it cool a bit before you take it out of the pan.

# Notes:

01 - This dessert has a soft texture inside with a crispy top layer.
02 - It stays good for up to 3 days if kept in an airtight container.
