Crispy Air Chicken Rolls (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Main Ingredients

01 - 1/2 cup finely diced onion
02 - 1/2 cup shredded carrots
03 - 1 cup cabbage, shredded
04 - 2 cups chicken breast, minced
05 - 2 cloves garlic, minced

→ Flavor Boosters

06 - 1 teaspoon of sesame oil
07 - 2 tablespoons soy sauce

→ Outer Wrap

08 - 12 sheets of egg roll wrappers

# Instructions:

01 - Heat a pan over medium and cook the minced chicken, stirring, until it's not pink anymore.
02 - Toss in the minced garlic, cooking just enough for the smell to pop—about 1 minute.
03 - Add onions, carrots, and cabbage to the skillet, stirring until the veggies soften slightly.
04 - Drizzle sesame oil and soy sauce over the mixture. Stir and cook for two minutes, then remove from heat to let it cool.
05 - Lay a wrapper flat on your counter. Put 2 tablespoons of the mix in the center, wrap the bottom corner up, fold in the sides, and roll. Dab the edges with water to seal.
06 - Preheat the air fryer to 375°F and lightly coat the inside with oil spray.
07 - Place the rolls in the fryer in one layer. Spray a little oil on top and fry for 10 minutes, flipping halfway. They're done when golden and crisp.

# Notes:

01 - Enjoy warm with a dip of your choice!
02 - You can freeze these before cooking to save time later.
