Roll the dough out, place it in the pan, and poke small holes in it with a fork.

Slice the tomatoes into wedges, chop the onion, and sauté it until soft and fragrant.

Spread mustard on the dough, add tomatoes and onion, crumble the tuna over it, then layer it with crème fraîche and shredded cheese.
