Tuna Tart with Mustard (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 200 grams of flour.
02 - 65 grams of water.
03 - 60 grams of olive oil.
04 - Your choice of herbs and spices.
05 - 3 fresh tomatoes.
06 - 1 can of tuna.
07 - 1 onion.
08 - 3 tablespoons of mustard.
09 - 200 milliliters of thick crème fraîche.
10 - 100 grams of shredded Emmental cheese.
11 - A drizzle of olive oil for cooking.

# Instructions:

01 - Mix the flour, olive oil, water, and spices until you get a smooth, even dough ball.
02 - Roll the dough out, place it in the pan, and poke small holes in it with a fork.
03 - Bake the dough at 180°C for 15 minutes to prep it.
04 - Slice the tomatoes into wedges, chop the onion, and sauté it until soft and fragrant.
05 - Spread mustard on the dough, add tomatoes and onion, crumble the tuna over it, then layer it with crème fraîche and shredded cheese.
06 - Bake at 180°C for 35 to 40 minutes.

# Notes:

01 - To stop the crust from turning soggy, pre-baking is super important.
02 - Feel free to switch up the spices and herbs to match your liking.
