# Ingredients:

01 - 200g canned tuna in water (140g drained)
02 - 80g soft goat cheese
03 - 1 teaspoon ground ginger
04 - 1 tablespoon thick crème fraîche
05 - 2 tablespoons chopped parsley
06 - Salt
07 - Freshly cracked black pepper
08 - 3 green onions, finely sliced (including greens)
09 - Juice from a small orange (plus zest for garnish)

# Instructions:

01 - Use a fork to mash everything together in a mixing bowl.
02 - Tweak the flavor with more salt or pepper if needed.
03 - Sprinkle with orange zest and sliced green onion greens on top.
04 - Pop it in the fridge until you're ready to dig in.
