Creamy Tomato Chicken (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 4 chicken breasts.
02 - 2 tablespoons olive oil.
03 - 1 medium onion, sliced thinly.
04 - 2 minced garlic cloves.
05 - 400 g crushed tomatoes.
06 - 200 ml heavy cream.
07 - 1 teaspoon paprika.
08 - 1 teaspoon Provence herbs.
09 - Salt.
10 - Black pepper.
11 - Fresh basil leaves.
12 - Grated Parmesan cheese.

# Instructions:

01 - Coat the chicken breasts with paprika, salt, and pepper.
02 - Cook the chicken breasts in hot olive oil for 5-7 minutes on each side. Set them aside.
03 - Sauté the sliced onion for 3-4 minutes, then toss in garlic for another minute.
04 - Pour in the crushed tomatoes and let them simmer for about 5 minutes to thicken.
05 - Mix in the heavy cream and let it gently simmer for 5 minutes until it thickens.
06 - Put the chicken back into the sauce and simmer together for another 5 minutes.
07 - Top with Parmesan and fresh basil right before serving.
