Mississippi Sin Quiche (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 green onion, finely sliced.
02 - 3 eggs.
03 - 1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire.
04 - 1/4 teaspoon hot sauce.
05 - 1 deep dish pie crust, 9 inches wide.
06 - 1 cup diced ham.
07 - 3 tablespoons sour cream.
08 - 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese.
09 - 2 ounces of cream cheese.
10 - 1 cup heavy whipping cream.

# Instructions:

01 - Turn your oven on and set it to 350°F.
02 - Heat up a skillet and cook the ham for about 3 to 5 minutes.
03 - In a bowl, mix the ham, cream cheese, Worcestershire, and hot sauce together.
04 - Spread the ham mixture in the pie crust. Add the green onion and cheddar cheese on top.
05 - Whisk eggs, heavy cream, and sour cream in a separate bowl until smooth.
06 - Pour the egg blend over the ham layer. Bake for about an hour, or until it's firm.

# Notes:

01 - You can freeze before or after cooking. For reheating frozen baked quiche: Let it thaw, cover with foil, and bake at 350°F for 30-40 minutes. For frozen uncooked quiche: Thaw first and bake as usual.
