Mashed Potatoes Creamy (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - Half a cup of heavy cream.
02 - Three pounds of Yukon gold or russet potatoes.

# Instructions:

01 - Rinse them clean under water. Peel, then chop into big chunks.
