Creamy Potato Gratin (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 570 g of Simply Potatoes potatoes.
02 - 3/4 cup of milk.
03 - 3/4 cup of whipping cream.
04 - 1 teaspoon of kosher salt.
05 - 1 teaspoon of dry mustard.
06 - Season with ground pepper and nutmeg as desired.
07 - 1 cup of shredded cheddar cheese.
08 - 3 tablespoons of sliced butter.
09 - Paprika for sprinkling.

# Instructions:

01 - Coat a 20x20 cm baking dish with plenty of butter. Spread out the sliced potatoes evenly.
02 - Warm up the milk, cream, mustard, salt, nutmeg, and pepper on medium heat.
03 - Stir in the cheddar cheese until it melts smoothly into the mixture.
04 - Pour the warmed sauce over the potatoes. Let it cool down a bit, then add the butter slices and give it a sprinkle of paprika.
05 - Cover it up and store in the fridge for at least 12 hours or overnight.
06 - Heat your oven up to 175°C and bake it uncovered for about 45 minutes.
