Creamy potato bake (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - Frozen diced potatoes.
02 - Sharp cheddar cheese.
03 - Sour cream.
04 - Butter.
05 - Onions.
06 - Garlic.
07 - Flour.
08 - Chicken broth.
09 - Milk.
10 - Cooking oil.

# Instructions:

01 - Drain the thawed potatoes well.
02 - Sauté garlic and onion in butter, stir in the flour, then add liquids to create a creamy mix.
03 - Combine cheese, the creamy mix, potatoes, and sour cream before spreading into a baking dish.
04 - Layer fried onions on top.
05 - Bake for 20-25 minutes at 350°F.
