Make sure to fully grease a 9-inch springform pan.

Combine melted butter with graham cracker crumbs. Press it into the bottom and up the sides of the pan. Put in fridge for 45-60 minutes to chill.

Beat cream cheese, sugar, oranges, and vanilla together using a hand or stand mixer until it’s silky smooth.

Gently fold the whipped cream into the filling mixture.

Pour the filling into the cold crust, spread it evenly with a spatula, and freeze for a minimum of 4 hours.

Before serving, place in the fridge for half an hour. Top with whipped cream and mandarin slices.

Slice it up using a knife warmed under hot water.
