Orange Creamsicle Delight (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 cup of whipped cream.
02 - 1 cup and 2 tbsp sugar.
03 - 16 ounces of softened cream cheese.
04 - 2 cups of crushed graham crackers.
05 - 1/2 cup melted butter.
06 - 1 teaspoon vanilla.
07 - 1 cup of drained mandarin oranges in light syrup.
08 - Optional whipped cream.
09 - Extra mandarin orange slices.

# Instructions:

01 - Make sure to fully grease a 9-inch springform pan.
02 - Combine melted butter with graham cracker crumbs. Press it into the bottom and up the sides of the pan. Put in fridge for 45-60 minutes to chill.
03 - Beat cream cheese, sugar, oranges, and vanilla together using a hand or stand mixer until it’s silky smooth.
04 - Gently fold the whipped cream into the filling mixture.
05 - Pour the filling into the cold crust, spread it evenly with a spatula, and freeze for a minimum of 4 hours.
06 - Before serving, place in the fridge for half an hour. Top with whipped cream and mandarin slices.
07 - Slice it up using a knife warmed under hot water.

# Notes:

01 - If you don’t have a springform pan, use a regular cake pan lined with parchment or foil for easy removal.
02 - Can stay in the freezer for up to a month.
03 - Always use softened cream cheese so you get a smooth texture.
