Creamy Mustard Chicken

# Ingredients:

2 tablespoons of mustard (spicy kind).

20g butter, softened.

4 chicken breasts, diced up.

1 shallot, thinly sliced.

20 cl thick heavy cream.

A tablespoon of vegetable oil.

Salt and pepper to your liking.
# Instructions:

Slice up the shallot and cut the chicken into small cubes.

Toss the chicken into the pan and sauté for about 5 minutes, stirring a bit.

In a small bowl, mix the mustard and cream. Add some salt and pepper to taste.

Pour the sauce over the chicken, turn the heat to low, and let it simmer for 15 minutes.

Melt the butter in a large pan with the oil. Brown the sliced shallot for 2-3 minutes.
