Creamy Mustard Chicken (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 2 tablespoons of mustard (spicy kind).
02 - 20g butter, softened.
03 - 4 chicken breasts, diced up.
04 - 1 shallot, thinly sliced.
05 - 20 cl thick heavy cream.
06 - A tablespoon of vegetable oil.
07 - Salt and pepper to your liking.

# Instructions:

01 - Slice up the shallot and cut the chicken into small cubes.
02 - Toss the chicken into the pan and sauté for about 5 minutes, stirring a bit.
03 - In a small bowl, mix the mustard and cream. Add some salt and pepper to taste.
04 - Pour the sauce over the chicken, turn the heat to low, and let it simmer for 15 minutes.
05 - Melt the butter in a large pan with the oil. Brown the sliced shallot for 2-3 minutes.
