# Ingredients:

1/2 cup milk, adjust as needed.

16 ounces elbow pasta.

8 ounces Velveeta, chopped into chunks.

2 cups shredded cheddar.

1/2 cup butter, diced.

Salt and pepper as you like.

Optional: sprinkle of paprika.
# Instructions:

Bring salted water to a boil. Toss in macaroni and cook to a firm bite. Drain and toss it back in the pot.

Immediately stir butter into warm pasta so it completely melts. Mix in cheeses and milk until smooth.

Too thick? Add milk. Too thin? Throw in more cheese. Add salt, pepper, and paprika if you're into it.
