Velveeta Mac Dish (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1/2 cup milk, adjust as needed.
02 - 16 ounces elbow pasta.
03 - 8 ounces Velveeta, chopped into chunks.
04 - 2 cups shredded cheddar.
05 - 1/2 cup butter, diced.
06 - Salt and pepper as you like.
07 - Optional: sprinkle of paprika.

# Instructions:

01 - Bring salted water to a boil. Toss in macaroni and cook to a firm bite. Drain and toss it back in the pot.
02 - Immediately stir butter into warm pasta so it completely melts. Mix in cheeses and milk until smooth.
03 - Too thick? Add milk. Too thin? Throw in more cheese. Add salt, pepper, and paprika if you're into it.
04 - Dish it out right away.
