Creamy Boursin Mac (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Base

01 - 1 cup shredded white cheddar, freshly grated
02 - 8oz elbow pasta or any similar type
03 - 1 block of Boursin cheese

→ Sauce

04 - 1/2 cup regular milk
05 - 1 cup heavy cream
06 - 2 tbsp unsalted butter
07 - 2 tbsp all-purpose flour
08 - 1/2 tsp table salt

→ Topping

09 - 2 tbsp melted butter
10 - 1 cup plain breadcrumbs

# Instructions:

01 - Follow package instructions to cook your pasta. Drain it well, then leave it aside for later.
02 - Heat up butter, whisk in flour to form a paste. Slowly stir in cream, melting in both cheeses until smooth. If it's thick, pour in a bit of milk to loosen it.
03 - Toss the pasta with the creamy sauce. Spread buttered breadcrumbs on top if you'd like.

01 - Grating fresh cheese makes it melt more smoothly.
