Creamy Garlic Sauce (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Base Ingredients

01 - Roughly 1 and 1/2 cups of regular milk or half-and-half
02 - 2 to 3 tablespoons of plain flour
03 - 4 garlic cloves, minced finely
04 - A couple of spoonfuls of olive oil

→ Seasonings

05 - 1/4 teaspoon of salt
06 - A little under 1/4 teaspoon of ground black pepper
07 - A light sprinkle of dried oregano (1/4 tsp)

# Instructions:

01 - Drizzle some olive oil into a pan and warm it on medium-high heat.
02 - Add the minced garlic and let it simmer for around 3 minutes while stirring. You'll know it's ready when it smells amazing.
03 - Toss in 2 tablespoons of flour first, then stir in oregano, black pepper, and a pinch of salt.
04 - Quickly pour in the half-and-half or milk while whisking non-stop. Let it cook and bubble for about 3 minutes until it starts thickening up.

# Notes:

01 - Need it thicker? Blend extra flour with milk until smooth and mix it into the bubbling sauce.
