Creamy Garlic Sauce (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 3 tablespoons plain flour
02 - 1/4 teaspoon oregano, dried
03 - 1/4 teaspoon black pepper, ground
04 - 1 cup full-fat milk
05 - 4 cloves garlic, finely chopped
06 - 1/4 teaspoon salt
07 - 2 tablespoons butter, unsalted
08 - 1/2 cup Parmesan, shredded

# Instructions:

01 - Put a small saucepan over medium heat. Toss in the butter and wait until it’s melted completely.
02 - Stir in the garlic with the melted butter. Let it cook for about half a minute until it smells great—don’t let it brown.
03 - Mix in the flour along with pepper, salt, and oregano. Stir without stopping to create a smooth thick mixture. Let it cook a minute or two to lose the raw flour taste.
04 - Slowly pour in the milk, stirring all the time. Keep at it until the sauce starts thickening and looks smooth.
05 - Take the pan off the heat, then mix in the Parmesan. Stir it around until it’s all melted and creamy.
06 - You can use this sauce right away on pizzas or put it in a container to cool and store in the fridge.
