Creamy fish snacks (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 sheet of puff pastry.
02 - 30g of butter.
03 - 15g of flour.
04 - 2 teaspoons of colombo or curry powder.
05 - 20cl of heavy cream.
06 - 400g of white fish fillets.
07 - 2 tablespoons of powdered fish stock.
08 - 1 egg yolk.

# Instructions:

01 - Heat butter in a pan and cook the fish pieces until they're nicely golden.
02 - Start with a roux using butter and flour. Stir in the fish stock, spices, and cream, cooking it until it thickens.
03 - Mix the fish into the prepared sauce and let it cool down completely.
04 - Cut the pastry into circles or squares. Place some filling in the center, seal it, and brush with egg yolk.
05 - Bake in the oven at 180°C for 20-25 minutes, or until the pastries are beautifully golden.
