# Ingredients:

→ Custard

01 - 3 tablespoons of custard powder
02 - 50 grams (¼ cup) sugar
03 - 480ml (2 cups) of milk

→ Fruit Mix

04 - A medium banana, cut into slices
05 - Green grapes (3 tablespoons), split in half
06 - Apples (3 tablespoons), lightly chopped
07 - ¼ cup diced mango pieces
08 - Black grapes (2 tablespoons), cut in half
09 - Pomegranate seeds (3 tablespoons)

→ Optional Add-ins

10 - Some cinnamon or nutmeg for a warm touch
11 - Vanilla extract, just a pinch to boost the taste
12 - Chopped almonds or walnuts for a little crunch

# Instructions:

01 - Take a few tablespoons of regular milk and add the custard powder to it. Stir well so there aren’t any lumps and then set it aside.
02 - Pour the rest of the milk into a sturdy pan and heat it on medium flame. Give it an occasional stir to keep it from burning. Wait until it gently boils and you see it bubbling a few times.
03 - Once you’ve got the milk boiling, toss in the sugar. Keep stirring until it’s fully dissolved.
04 - Slowly add the custard mix into the boiling milk, making sure to stir non-stop as you do. Keep cooking and stirring for another 3-4 minutes until it thickens up nicely.
