Creamy Chicken Pasta (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 2 tablespoons fresh chopped parsley.
02 - 1/4-1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese.
03 - Salt to season as desired.
04 - A couple dashes of black pepper.
05 - 8 oz bow tie pasta, uncooked.
06 - 1 cup diced rainbow bell peppers.
07 - 1 cup finely chopped red onion.
08 - 2 cloves garlic, finely minced.
09 - 1/2 cup heavy cream.
10 - 1/2 cup whole milk.
11 - 2 cups chicken stock.
12 - 1 lb or 450 grams of chicken breast cut in small chunks.
13 - 2 tablespoons butter, unsalted.
14 - 2 tablespoons of good olive oil.

# Instructions:

01 - Melt butter with olive oil in a deep skillet over medium settings.
02 - Toss in chicken and cook until not pink anymore. Add peppers and onions next, letting them sauté until the chicken has a nice golden shade.
03 - Sprinkle in minced garlic, salt, and your pepper. Stir for a minute until the garlic smells amazing.
04 - Dump uncooked pasta along with broth, cream, and milk. Turn up the heat to get it boiling, then turn it down low.
05 - Put on a lid and let it bubble for about 20 minutes. Stir in parmesan when done, adjusting with extra milk if it seems too thick.
