Creamy Cracker Chicken (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 sleeve of Ritz crackers.
02 - 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese.
03 - 6 tbsp melted butter.
04 - 1 cup sour cream.
05 - 3 cups diced, cooked chicken.
06 - 1 teaspoon salt.
07 - 1 box (6.9 oz) of chicken-flavored Rice-A-Roni.
08 - 1/4 teaspoon black pepper.
09 - 1 can (10.5 oz) of cream of chicken soup.
10 - 1 teaspoon onion powder.
11 - 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder.

# Instructions:

01 - Turn the oven on and set it to 350°F.
02 - Use cooking spray to coat a 9x13 dish.
03 - Follow the directions on the Rice-A-Roni box to make the rice.
04 - Stir chicken soup, sour cream, and spices together.
05 - Add the cooked chicken and prepared rice to the mixture.
06 - Spread the combined mix into your baking dish.
07 - Smash the Ritz crackers while they're still in their sleeve.
08 - Combine the crushed crackers with the melted butter.
09 - Stir shredded cheese into the cracker mixture.
10 - Spread the cheese and cracker topping across the dish evenly.
11 - Put it in the oven for 25 minutes.
12 - Broil for 2-3 minutes until the top is brown and crispy.
