Cheesy Cream Chicken (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Oils and Liquids

01 - 1 tablespoon olive oil
02 - 1 cup chicken broth

→ Cheeses and Dairy

03 - ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
04 - 225g cream cheese

→ Seasonings

05 - 1 teaspoon onion powder
06 - 1 teaspoon garlic powder
07 - 1 teaspoon Italian herbs
08 - Salt and black pepper, to taste
09 - Finely chopped fresh parsley for topping

→ Protein

10 - 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts

# Instructions:

01 - Sprinkle the chicken breasts with salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and Italian seasoning.
02 - Warm up the olive oil in a skillet and sear the chicken for 2-3 minutes on each side. Set it aside once done.
03 - Using the same skillet, stir the cream cheese and chicken broth until the sauce becomes smooth. Mix in the Parmesan cheese and add seasoning to your taste.
04 - Put the chicken in a baking dish, pour the sauce over it, then bake in the oven at 375°F (190°C) for 25-30 minutes. Ensure the chicken's internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
