Creamy beef pasta (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 cup of heavy cream.
02 - 400g of tomato sauce.
03 - 100g of shredded cheddar cheese.
04 - 1 teaspoon of Italian seasoning.
05 - 450g of ground beef.
06 - 2 cups of medium-sized pasta shells.
07 - 125ml of beef broth.
08 - 1 small onion, finely chopped.
09 - 2 garlic cloves, minced.
10 - Salt and pepper to taste.
11 - Fresh parsley for topping.

# Instructions:

01 - Boil the pasta shells by following the package steps. Drain and set them aside.
02 - Over medium heat, cook the ground beef until it's browned. Get rid of any extra grease.
03 - Toss in the garlic and onion. Sauté them until the onion turns clear.
04 - Stir in the tomato sauce, beef broth, and heavy cream. Bring it all to a gentle boil.
05 - Combine the pasta shells, cheddar, and seasoning. Stir until the cheese is melted.
06 - Sprinkle some fresh parsley on top before serving up.
