Boil a pot of salted water. Follow the package direction to cook the pasta. Save some of the hot water before draining.

Warm up the beef bacon in a skillet on medium heat to release the fat. Toss in the garlic and cook for 3-5 minutes.

Add the cooked pasta into the skillet with the bacon. Stir well to coat everything.

Whisk together the egg, yolks, cheese, black pepper, and some reserved pasta water in a bowl.

Take the skillet off the heat and mix in the egg mixture to create a creamy sauce. Adjust with more pasta water or cheese if needed.

Stir in butter for extra creaminess if you like. Serve with more grated cheese on top.
