Pecan Cream Cheese Rolls (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Dough

01 - 8 ounces of crescent roll dough, refrigerated

→ Filling

02 - 8 chilled cream cheese squares (4 ounces total)
03 - 1 teaspoon of cinnamon powder
04 - ½ cup of packed brown sugar
05 - 1 cup of chopped pecans

→ Topping

06 - ½ cup of cream soda
07 - 8 tablespoons melted butter (split into two parts)

# Instructions:

01 - Set the oven to 350°F and grease an 8x8 dish.
02 - Stir together pecans, cinnamon, sugar, and 2 tablespoons of butter in a bowl.
03 - Separate the dough into triangle pieces. Put one cream cheese square and a spoonful of the pecan mix near the wider side of each triangle. Roll them up and pinch the edges to close.
04 - Place the rolls inside the greased dish. Drizzle the leftover butter over everything and scatter the rest of the pecan topping.
05 - Pour the cream soda over the top and bake for 30 to 35 minutes, or until they turn golden. Enjoy them while they're still warm!

# Notes:

01 - Swap for gluten-free crescent dough if needed.
02 - Tastes best when eaten warm.
03 - Double-check that the cream soda is gluten-free if making a gluten-friendly version.
