Cracked almond cookies (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 400 g cane sugar.
02 - 400 g almond meal.
03 - 4 teaspoons ground cinnamon.
04 - 250 g dark chocolate.
05 - 120 g flour.
06 - 4 eggs.
07 - Powdered sugar.

# Instructions:

01 - Set your oven to 140°C to preheat.
02 - Mix the eggs and sugar together until they're fluffy and light.
03 - Add the almond meal, flour, shredded dark chocolate, and cinnamon. Stir until the dough forms into a ball.
04 - Roll the dough into walnut-sized balls, then coat them with powdered sugar.
05 - Let them chill for 2 hours.
06 - Place the balls on a parchment-lined tray and bake for 15 minutes.
07 - Allow them to cool slightly before enjoying.
