Turn your oven on to 375°F (190°C) and let it heat up.

Grab a bowl and mix together the shredded cheese, mayo, sour cream, crab meat, green onions, and green chilies. Stir it all up until smooth.

Spread about a quarter cup of the filling on one side of each tortilla. Fold the other side over the filling to close it up. Set them on a baking sheet.

Use a brush to spread the melted butter around the outer edges of the tortillas.

Pop the baking sheet into your heated oven and bake for 10 to 15 minutes. The quesadillas should turn golden and feel hot and bubbly inside.

Pull the quesadillas out of the oven, slice them into wedges, and enjoy them right away.
