Creamy Crab Quesadillas (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1/3 cup of sour cream.
02 - 1/4 cup of mayo.
03 - 1.5 cups of shredded cheddar cheese.
04 - 2 tablespoons of finely chopped green onions.
05 - 2 tablespoons of diced green chilies.
06 - 225 grams of cooked, chopped crab meat.
07 - 10 large flour tortillas (8-inch).
08 - 2 tablespoons of melted butter.

# Instructions:

01 - Turn your oven on to 375°F (190°C) and let it heat up.
02 - Grab a bowl and mix together the shredded cheese, mayo, sour cream, crab meat, green onions, and green chilies. Stir it all up until smooth.
03 - Spread about a quarter cup of the filling on one side of each tortilla. Fold the other side over the filling to close it up. Set them on a baking sheet.
04 - Use a brush to spread the melted butter around the outer edges of the tortillas.
05 - Pop the baking sheet into your heated oven and bake for 10 to 15 minutes. The quesadillas should turn golden and feel hot and bubbly inside.
06 - Pull the quesadillas out of the oven, slice them into wedges, and enjoy them right away.

01 - You can make the filling ahead of time and keep it in the fridge for up to 24 hours.
