Cowboy Potato Bake (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 cup of frozen corn kernels.
02 - 1 can of diced tomatoes (don’t drain).
03 - 1 lb of cooked and drained ground beef.
04 - 1/4 cup of pre-chopped frozen onion.
05 - 2 cups of cheddar cheese, shredded.
06 - 1 tsp of table salt.
07 - 1 can of cream of mushroom soup.
08 - 1 tsp of black pepper.
09 - 1 lb of diced frozen hash brown potatoes.
10 - 1 can of kidney beans, without the liquid.

# Instructions:

01 - In a 6-quart slow cooker, toss together everything but the shredded cheese until it’s well mixed.
02 - Cover with the lid and cook for either 7-8 hours on low or crank it up to high for 4 hours.
03 - Take the lid off, add a layer of cheese on top, pop the lid back on, and cook for another half hour.
04 - Spoon into bowls while it’s warm and dress it up with your favorite extras before eating.
