Cool Whip Candy (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Main

01 - 1 1/2 cups powdered sugar
02 - Rainbow sprinkles
03 - 12 oz white chocolate chips
04 - 8 oz Cool Whip, softened
05 - 1/2 tsp vanilla extract

# Instructions:

01 - Pop the white chocolate chips into a microwave-safe bowl. Heat them for 30 seconds at a time, giving them a good stir in between until they're completely smooth.
02 - Set the melted chocolate aside for a little bit to cool down, but don't let it set up and harden.
03 - Grab a large bowl, toss in the Cool Whip and vanilla extract, and gently mix them together until combined.
04 - Pour the cooled chocolate into your bowl of Cool Whip mixture in small amounts. Slowly fold everything together until fully mixed.
05 - Sift the powdered sugar into the mixture, then carefully mix until it's smooth and fluffy.
06 - Line an 8x8 pan with a sheet of parchment paper. Pour in the mixture and spread it out evenly.
07 - Scatter the rainbow sprinkles over the top, pressing them in lightly so they stick.
08 - Stick the pan in the freezer for 1–2 hours or until everything's firm. Slice into squares and enjoy cold.

# Notes:

01 - For a fresh twist, try using almond or peppermint extract.
02 - Store leftovers in the freezer to keep them chilled and creamy.
