Break the ladyfingers into smaller pieces and toss them into your blender or food processor. Add the mascarpone and coffee. Blend everything until you’ve got a smooth dough.

Take a taste and tweak the coffee amount if you feel it needs more kick. If you'd like, you can add a bit of sugar, though I personally think it's perfect without it.

Roll the dough into small bite-sized balls and coat each one thoroughly with the unsweetened cocoa powder.
