# Ingredients:

→ Lobster filling basics

01 - 1 pound cooked lobster meat, chopped into bits
02 - ½ teaspoon of celery salt
03 - 2 tablespoons of fresh lemon juice
04 - 1 tablespoon of mustard, Dijon-style
05 - ½ cup mayonnaise

07 - 4 top-split hot dog buns

# Instructions:

01 - In a bowl, mix together the mustard, mayo, celery salt, and lemon juice. Adjust the taste if it needs more seasoning.
02 - Add the lobster chunks to the dressing and carefully fold in until coated. Be gentle so the lobster stays in nice pieces.
03 - Melt butter in a skillet on medium heat. Place the buns cut-side down and toast for about 2-3 minutes or until golden and crisp.
