Classic Greek Salad (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 2 cups of sliced cucumbers.
02 - 1/2 red onion, thinly sliced.
03 - 1/4 cup of green olives.
04 - 1 tablespoon of chopped fresh parsley.
05 - 1/4 teaspoon of dried oregano.
06 - 1/4 cup of Kalamata olives.
07 - Salt and pepper to taste.
08 - 1 cup of cherry tomatoes cut in half.
09 - 1/2 cup of feta cheese, diced.
10 - 2 tablespoons of olive oil.
11 - 1 tablespoon of red wine vinegar.

# Instructions:

01 - Slice up the cucumbers and red onion. Halve the cherry tomatoes. Cut the feta into small cubes.
02 - In a large salad bowl, toss together the cucumbers, onion, cherry tomatoes, green olives, and Kalamata olives. Add the feta cubes too.
03 - Sprinkle the oregano, parsley, and a pinch of salt and pepper on top. Drizzle over the olive oil and red wine vinegar.
04 - Gently toss the salad to mix everything together. Serve it right away.

# Notes:

01 - Try adding bell peppers or radishes for extra crunch.
02 - Keep it in the fridge for up to 2 days.
