Cinnamon Potato Apple (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 4 cups of cubed sweet potatoes (around 2 medium ones).
02 - 2 apples, chopped to make 2 cups.
03 - 3 tbsp of melted salted butter.
04 - 1 tsp of ground sea salt.
05 - 2 tbsp of maple syrup.
06 - 1 tsp of cinnamon powder.

# Instructions:

01 - Set the oven to 425°F. Coat a big pan with grease.
02 - Toss sweet potatoes with 2 tablespoons of butter and sprinkle with salt. Mix well. Bake for 20 minutes while stirring midway. Let them brown a bit.
03 - Combine apples with 1 tablespoon of butter. Mix in cinnamon and maple syrup. Stir everything so it's fully coated.
04 - Mix apples with the sweet potatoes. Stir it all up. Bake for another 15-20 minutes, giving it a stir halfway. It's done when caramelized and golden. Dish up warm.
