Cinnamon Snowball Cookies (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 teaspoon cinnamon.
02 - ¾ cup powdered sugar.
03 - ¼ teaspoon salt.
04 - 4 ounces super finely chopped pecans.
05 - 2 cups plain flour.
06 - 1 teaspoon vanilla extract.
07 - ½ cup powdered sugar.
08 - 1 cup butter at room temp.

# Instructions:

01 - Turn on the oven to 375°F. Combine powdered sugar and cinnamon for coating, then keep it aside.
02 - Whip butter, vanilla, and powdered sugar until smooth. Add in the flour, salt, and pecans, mixing until it's all one dough.
03 - Scoop about 1½ tablespoons of dough, roll gently into balls, and line them up with an inch of space on the baking tray.
04 - Pop them in the oven for 9–12 minutes. Let the cookies sit on the tray for 5 minutes to cool.
05 - While still warm, roll the cookies through the cinnamon-sugar mix to cover every bit.

# Notes:

01 - Swap in walnuts if you don’t have pecans.
02 - They freeze really well.
03 - Stay fresh for up to 3 days in an airtight container.
