Heat oven to 350°F and grab a baking pan lined with parchment. Mix sugar and cinnamon in a small bowl.

Spread one puff pastry sheet on the pan, coat with half the melted butter, and sprinkle with the cinnamon mix. Lay the second sheet right on top.

Slice into 1-inch wide strips using a pizza cutter. Fold each piece like an accordion and skewer them onto wooden sticks.

Brush the leftover butter on top and let them chill in the freezer for 10 minutes.

Pop them in the oven for 15-20 minutes until they’re puffed and lightly golden. Sprinkle powdered sugar on top and, if you’d like, add a Rolo at the skewer base.
