Christmas Chocolate Mix Cookies (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - A box of chocolate cake mix (15.25 oz).
02 - 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract.
03 - 1/3 cup of cooking oil.
04 - 2 eggs (large).
05 - 1 cup of M&Ms.
06 - Optional: Crushed candy canes.
07 - Optional: Chopped pecans.
08 - Optional: Peppermint bark squares.
09 - Optional: Toffee bits.
10 - Optional: Chocolate chips.

# Instructions:

01 - Set your oven to 350°F and let it heat up.
02 - Stir together the dry cake mix, eggs, oil, and vanilla until it forms a thick dough. Gently mix in the M&Ms.
03 - Shape dough into small, 1-inch balls and lay them on an ungreased baking tray.
04 - Cook for 9 to 11 minutes. Let them sit on the tray for 2-3 minutes, then transfer to a rack to cool completely.

# Notes:

01 - Any chocolate cake mix works. Swap out M&Ms for your favorite candies. Dough can chill in the fridge for 3 days. Makes around 24 cookies.
