Pistachio Chocolate Bark (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Main Components

01 - Shredded kataifi pastry (3 cups, thawed beforehand)
02 - Quarter cup of unsalted butter
03 - Half a cup of pistachio spread
04 - 400g (14oz) semi-sweet or milk chocolate, chopped into chunks

→ Extras for Garnish

05 - Two tablespoons of melted white chocolate
06 - One teaspoon of crushed pistachios
07 - One teaspoon of chocolate sprinkles

# Instructions:

01 - Heat butter in a pan, fry the kataifi until golden and crunchy (about 5-10 minutes)
02 - Microwave half the chocolate in 30-second bursts, stirring until liquid. Spread it out evenly, then chill for 10 minutes.
03 - Combine the crispy kataifi with pistachio paste and spread it over the base chocolate layer. Put it in the fridge for another 10 minutes.
04 - Melt the rest of the chocolate and pour it over the pistachio layer. Add any garnishes if you'd like.
05 - Let it set in the fridge for at least 20 minutes before slicing up to serve.
