Chocolate Peanut Yogurt Bars (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 cup of Greek yogurt, plain.
02 - Half a cup of smooth peanut butter.
03 - 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup.
04 - 1 small spoon of vanilla.
05 - 2 spoonfuls of salted peanuts.
06 - 6 ounces of chocolate chips, about 1 cup.
07 - 2 spoons of coconut oil.
08 - Other: Silicone mat or wax paper.
09 - Other: Sticks for popsicles.

# Instructions:

01 - Cover your pan with a sheet of silicone or wax paper.
02 - Stir together peanut butter and yogurt. Add the honey (or syrup) and vanilla. Mix till it's creamy.
03 - Spoon out half the filling into small blobs, stick in the popsicle sticks, and top with the other half. Press lightly, toss peanuts on top, and freeze for at least 2 hours.
04 - Heat the chocolate with some coconut oil till melted. Dip your bars into it, then freeze again.

# Notes:

01 - Add tiny chocolate chips if you want.
02 - Let them sit out for 5-10 minutes before eating.
03 - Stores frozen for a month.
04 - Stick to regular peanut butter, not natural.
