06 - 85g (3/4 cup) unsweetened cocoa powder
07 - 180g (1 1/2 cups) sugar
08 - 315g (2 3/4 cups) plain flour

→ Ganache

09 - 235ml (1 cup) heavy cream
10 - 200g (1 cup) semisweet chocolate chips

→ Whipped Cream and Garnish

11 - 2 tablespoons sugar
12 - 235ml (1 cup) heavy cream
13 - Chopped nuts or chocolate shavings for decoration

# Instructions:

01 - Set your oven to 180°C (350°F). Grease and dust three round 9-inch cake pans with flour.
02 - Combine the dry ingredients—flour, sugar, cocoa, baking powder, and salt—in a big bowl. Add in eggs, milk, and vanilla, and stir until smooth.
03 - Pour the batter into the three pans, making sure it’s distributed equally.
04 - Cook the cakes in the oven for 25 to 30 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out without batter.
05 - Let the baked cakes cool in their pans for 10 minutes. Move them to a wire rack to cool fully afterward.
06 - Melt the chocolate chips in a double boiler. Once melted, stir in the cream until it’s smooth and shiny.
07 - Take the first cake layer and put it on your serving plate. Spread some ganache on top, then add whipped cream. Repeat this step with all the cake layers.
08 - Add whipped cream on the top layer and sprinkle with nuts or curls of chocolate for the final touch.
