Chocolate Chip Nutella Cookies (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - Half a cup (125g) of Nutella.
02 - 165g (1 1/4 cup) plain flour.
03 - Half a teaspoon of baking soda.
04 - 1/2 tsp of baking powder.
05 - Three-quarters of a teaspoon of coarse salt.
06 - 110g (half cup) melted butter, let it cool.
07 - 100g (1/2 cup) tightly packed light brown sugar.
08 - 1/3 cup (75g) white granulated sugar.
09 - A couple of teaspoons of vanilla.
10 - One big egg.
11 - A cup (180g) of dark chocolate chips, plus extra for sprinkling on top.
12 - Flaky salt for garnish.

# Instructions:

01 - Spoon out 8 blobs of Nutella onto parchment-lined plate. Pop them in the freezer while you work on the dough.
02 - In a small bowl, toss together flour, baking soda, powder, and the salt.
03 - Mix sugars with melted butter for about a minute or two. Stir in the vanilla and beat in the egg for another 1-2 minutes.
04 - Gently fold the dry mixture into the wet ingredients. Stir in chocolate chips while you still see streaks of flour.
05 - Cover the dough and chill it in the fridge for half an hour.
06 - Preheat oven to 350°F. Scoop 1/4 cup of dough, flatten it, sandwich frozen Nutella inside, and seal completely. Bake for 13-15 minutes, or until edges turn golden. Sprinkle with flaky salt before serving.

# Notes:

01 - Cool cookies for at least 20 minutes before enjoying.
02 - The centers should look just barely undercooked when ready.
03 - Leave plenty of space between cookies on the baking tray.
