Chocolate Cherry Bites (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - ¼ cup butter—unsalted and softened.
02 - 3 teaspoons cherry flavor emulsion (LorAnn brand).
03 - 12 ounces chocolate (semi-sweet).
04 - 3 cups powdered sugar.
05 - 2 tablespoons milk.
06 - ¼ teaspoon red food dye.
07 - 2 teaspoons coconut oil.
08 - ¼ cup peanuts, chopped.

# Instructions:

01 - Gradually beat powdered sugar into the butter with a stand mixer. Blend in the cherry flavor, milk, and red coloring till smooth.
02 - Freeze for 2 hours after shaping 2-teaspoon scoops into balls and placing them on a lined baking sheet.
03 - Melt the chocolate with the coconut oil, then stir in some chopped peanuts.
04 - Dip frozen cherry centers, a few at a time, into the melted chocolate mixture. Lay them out on parchment paper.
05 - Freeze until firm, then keep them in the fridge.
