Chilled banana chocolate (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 3 ripe bananas
02 - 2 tablespoons shredded coconut
03 - 4 tablespoons chunky peanut butter
04 - ¾ teaspoon coconut oil
05 - 3 pieces dark chocolate (28 g)

# Instructions:

01 - Grab a small plate or tray and cover it with some parchment paper.
02 - Peel all the bananas, chop them in half, then slice each half lengthwise to create 4 pieces per banana.
03 - Break the dark chocolate into smaller chunks and toss them into a little bowl. Add the coconut oil and warm it up in the microwave for a few seconds. Stir until smooth and melted.
04 - Smear about 1 teaspoon of peanut butter onto each banana slice.
05 - Pour the warm chocolate over each banana piece evenly.
06 - Sprinkle each slice with ½ teaspoon of shredded coconut.
07 - Arrange the banana pieces on your lined tray and pop them in the freezer for 1 to 2 hours.
08 - Once frozen solid, move the banana treats into airtight containers. Keep them in the freezer. Let them sit out for a few minutes before you enjoy.
