Grab a small plate or tray and cover it with some parchment paper.

Peel all the bananas, chop them in half, then slice each half lengthwise to create 4 pieces per banana.

Break the dark chocolate into smaller chunks and toss them into a little bowl. Add the coconut oil and warm it up in the microwave for a few seconds. Stir until smooth and melted.

Smear about 1 teaspoon of peanut butter onto each banana slice.

Pour the warm chocolate over each banana piece evenly.

Sprinkle each slice with ½ teaspoon of shredded coconut.

Arrange the banana pieces on your lined tray and pop them in the freezer for 1 to 2 hours.

Once frozen solid, move the banana treats into airtight containers. Keep them in the freezer. Let them sit out for a few minutes before you enjoy.
