Viennois Chocolat Biscuits (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 190 grams of softened butter.
02 - 75 grams of powdered sugar.
03 - Vanilla extract.
04 - 2 pinches of sea salt.
05 - 100 grams of milk chocolate.
06 - 1 egg white.
07 - 225 grams of flour.

# Instructions:

01 - Whip together the softened butter, powdered sugar, and vanilla until the mixture turns smooth and creamy.
02 - Gently add the egg white, then mix in the sifted flour and sea salt. Be careful not to overwork the dough.
03 - Put the dough into a piping bag with a star nozzle. Pipe spaced-out swirls onto a baking mat.
04 - Bake at 170°C (340°F) for around 12 to 15 minutes, or until the cookies are lightly golden.
05 - Melt your chocolate using a double boiler. Dip one side of the cooled cookies into the chocolate, then let them set at room temperature.

# Notes:

01 - These buttery cookies, also known as Spritz, are a classic treat from Vienna. Their melt-in-your-mouth texture comes from carefully creaming the butter.
