Chicken Wraps Mediterranean (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Chicken & Marinade Mix

01 - 1 1/2 lbs (650g) of boneless, skinless chicken breasts
02 - 3 minced garlic cloves
03 - 1 teaspoon of crushed chili flakes
04 - 1 teaspoon of freshly ground black pepper
05 - 1 1/2 teaspoons of dried mint leaves

→ Creamy Yogurt Dressing

06 - 1/2 cup of plain, unsweetened yogurt
07 - 1/2 teaspoon of dried dill or 1 tablespoon chopped fresh dill
08 - Salt and pepper to suit your taste

→ Wrap Ingredients

09 - 3-4 soft tortillas
10 - A few generous scoops of hummus
11 - 1 cup of shredded fresh cabbage
12 - A handful of salad greens or mix
13 - Steamed broccoli florets, optional

# Instructions:

01 - Get your vegetables ready first by chopping everything you'll need for your salad mix. Prepping this now makes wrapping up super easy!
02 - Blend some plain yogurt with one minced garlic clove, dill, and a pinch of salt until creamy. And just like that, you've made a quick tzatziki-style sauce!
03 - Slice the chicken into small, bite-sized chunks. Toss them into a hot pan with a tablespoon of olive oil. Add dried mint, chili flakes, two garlic cloves, and black pepper, stirring now and then. Cook the pieces on medium-high heat for 8-10 minutes, letting them turn golden and smell amazing.
04 - Take a tortilla, spread on some hummus, and then stack it with cabbage, cooked chicken, broccoli (if you're adding it), salad greens, and a dollop of your creamy yogurt sauce. Wrap it tightly like a burrito and enjoy right away!

# Notes:

01 - These wraps are best when eaten fresh and warm.
02 - You can prepare all the ingredients in advance and assemble your wraps when hungry.
03 - Adjust how spicy it is by using more or less chili flakes.
