Chicken Stuffing Dinner (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - Four large chicken breasts (about 2 1/2 pounds).
02 - Two cans of creamy chicken soup.
03 - Half a cup of sour cream.
04 - A quarter cup of chopped onions.
05 - One spoon of dried parsley flakes.
06 - A small box (6 oz) of stuffing mix.
07 - Four tablespoons of butter.
08 - Chopped fresh parsley for garnish.

# Instructions:

01 - Place the chicken pieces at the bottom of your slow cooker.
02 - Scoop the creamy soup on top of the chicken.
03 - Stir the sour cream right into the soup carefully.
04 - Scatter the onions and dried parsley across the top.
05 - Mix the stuffing with melted butter in a bowl. Spread it over the chicken.
06 - Put the lid on and cook on low for 6 to 7 hours or high for 3 to 4 hours.
07 - If you like the top firmer, take off the lid for the last 45 minutes.
08 - Sprinkle some salt and pepper, then pair it with veggies and potatoes before serving.
09 - Keep any leftovers in the fridge for up to three days.
