01 - 1/4 cup of banana peppers from a jar, chopped finely (spicy or mild works!)
02 - 1/2 cup of 2% cottage cheese
03 - 1 cup rotisserie chicken, shredded and minced
04 - 1/4 cup of celery diced into tiny pieces
05 - 1/4 cup chopped red onion
06 - 2 tablespoons green onions, thinly sliced

→ Seasonings

07 - 1/4 teaspoon each sea salt and black pepper
08 - 1/2 teaspoon zesty or Dijon mustard
09 - 1/2 teaspoon of garlic powder for flavor

# Instructions:

01 - Throw the cottage cheese, mustard, garlic powder, salt, and pepper into a food processor. Blend everything until smooth and creamy.
02 - In a big mixing bowl, combine celery, chicken, banana peppers, red onion, and green onions with your blended dressing. Adjust the seasonings if needed. Serve chilled or as is.
