Slice each chicken breast down the middle, lengthwise.

Sprinkle salt and pepper evenly across the chicken pieces.

In a bowl, combine the flour, onion powder, garlic powder, paprika, and cayenne. Save two tablespoons of this for later.

Warm up the oil in a pan on medium-high heat.

Cover the chicken pieces completely in the leftover flour mixture.

Let the chicken cook for about five minutes on each side.

Take the chicken out of the pan and place it on a plate.

Turn the heat down to medium-low.

Add the butter and sliced onions to the pan. Stir and cook for 15-20 minutes until the onions become golden brown.

Sprinkle in the two reserved tablespoons of flour, stirring for a minute.

Pour in the broth and Worcestershire sauce, stirring it all together.

Gently mix in the cream.
