08 - 8 ounces of sliced mushrooms, shiitake or button work great
09 - One red or green bell pepper, cut into slices

→ Sauce

11 - 1 teaspoon ground black pepper
12 - 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
13 - 1/2 teaspoon rice vinegar
14 - 1 teaspoon of honey
15 - 2 tablespoons cooking oil, separated into two portions

# Instructions:

01 - Mix up your chicken slices with cornstarch, black pepper, and salt. Stir everything until the pieces are coated well.

04 - In a small bowl, whisk together soy sauce, oyster sauce, black pepper, honey, and rice vinegar until everything’s combined.
05 - Add the sauce to the vegetables, then stir the chicken back in. Keep stirring until everything’s evenly coated and heated up for 1 to 2 minutes.
06 - If you’d like, sprinkle some green onions on top. Serve it hot with rice or noodles.
