Chicken cordon roll (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 refrigerated pizza dough.
02 - 1 1/2 cups shredded cooked chicken breast.
03 - 1/2 cup finely sliced ham.
04 - 1/4 cup Dijon mustard.
05 - 1/2 cup Panko breadcrumbs.
06 - 1 egg, beaten.
07 - 1 cup grated Swiss cheese.
08 - 1 teaspoon garlic powder.
09 - 1 tablespoon melted butter.
10 - 1 teaspoon dried parsley.
11 - Salt and pepper to taste.

# Instructions:

01 - Set the oven to 375°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
02 - Unroll the dough and spread mustard over it, leaving a one-inch edge uncoated.
03 - Layer the shredded chicken, ham slices, and cheese on top of the mustard.
04 - Roll the dough lengthwise, pinching the seams and ends so nothing seeps out.
05 - Brush the roll with the egg wash, then coat it with a mix of melted butter, garlic powder, Panko, and parsley.
06 - Bake for 25-30 minutes or until it's golden brown all over.
