Chèvre et Oignons (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 sheet of puff pastry.
02 - 150g fresh goat cheese.
03 - 100g onion marmalade.
04 - 1 egg for brushing.
05 - Black pepper.
06 - Sesame seeds (optional).

# Instructions:

01 - Set your oven to 200°C to preheat.
02 - Use a cutter to make circles from the puff pastry and lay them on a baking tray lined with parchment paper.
03 - Spoon a little onion marmalade onto each circle, then top with crumbled goat cheese.
04 - Fold the edges up just a bit to create small pockets.
05 - Brush the edges with the beaten egg and sprinkle with sesame seeds if you'd like.
06 - Bake for 15 minutes or until the pastries puff up and turn golden.

# Notes:

01 - Serve after they cool just a bit.
02 - These can be made in advance and frozen.
