Set your oven to 200°C to preheat.

Use a cutter to make circles from the puff pastry and lay them on a baking tray lined with parchment paper.

Spoon a little onion marmalade onto each circle, then top with crumbled goat cheese.

Fold the edges up just a bit to create small pockets.

Brush the edges with the beaten egg and sprinkle with sesame seeds if you'd like.
