Chevre miel crousti (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 100g goat cheese.
02 - 2 tablespoons honey.
03 - 3 round pastry sheets.
04 - Salt.
05 - Pepper.
06 - Rosemary.
07 - 2 egg yolks.

# Instructions:

01 - Set your oven to 180°C (about 350°F) and let it preheat.
02 - Mix honey, goat cheese, and a sprinkle of rosemary in a bowl. Add some salt and pepper to taste.
03 - Slice each sheet into 4 strips. Spoon a bit of the goat cheese mix at the lower part of a strip and fold it into a triangle shape all the way up. Tuck the end securely into the fold.
04 - Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Arrange the pastries on it, then brush the tops with egg yolk.
05 - Bake for 10 minutes or until they turn a nice golden color.

# Notes:

01 - Best served warm with a green salad drizzled with walnut oil.
02 - This sweet and savory combination is ideal as an appetizer or starter.
